4 eggs/ iced coffee
I went out for the first time without the baby for a couple of drinks. It was super fun catching up and relaxing for a bit. I did ok food wise - especially since I was drinking.
Couple of bites of fresh ricotta- how could i resist/ mixed nuts with rosemary and olive oil (amazing!)/ shared octopus salad/ shrimp cocktail/ two glasses of Cava- mmmm
The hardest thing is not to do dairy. I love love my cheese

Back to logging my food for a 30 day Paleo stint with Justin. I’ve been dropping alot of post baby weight but hopefully I’ll drop at least 10 this month to kick start going back to lifting in the next couple of weeks. Yay!
Exceptions I am making are a few alcoholic drinks because it’s been forever and mama needs to let loose a bit.
8.14 Day 1

3 eggs/ 2 chicken drumsticks with paleo green sauce/few pieces of mango and peaches/steak/ sweet potato wedges
Another first day back at the gym. Huffed and puffed through it but wasn’t as bad as I thought. I always get anxiety going back thinking I’m going to be the worst one there ( ha which I was on body weight stuff but who cares) It was nice to know my technique for Olympic lifting didn’t go away as my strength did. That made me feel like I kicked ass today. I feel tired but great. Just gotta stick with it.
Workout 2011.10.06
Workout of the Day 5 rounds Every 3 minutes: Run 400m AMRAP Thrusters, 95lbs/65lbs
- 31 thrusters 42 pounds- 1/2 runs after 2 rounds
-I died and it was awful and sad however I bitched and worried about doing this workout for the entire day- came up with a million excuses of why I could not go- and then went and just fucking suffered through it-
After taking a solid two months off from working out for a variety of reasons, work, wedding, honeymoon, stress, excuses, etc, I am starting back at it! And I am sore as fuck and super out of shape. Tonights workout killed me. This is going to be hard long road to climb but I’m ready.
Going to start posting meals and workouts again cause it def kept me on track before.
